What's a production?
A production is a single show, film, season, or series — whatever your call sheet calls a "show." Each production is its own workspace with its own scenes, characters, story days, and crew. Pro is billed per production.
Does it work for departments other than costume?
Yes. The workflow is built equally for costume, hair & makeup, props, and set decoration. Each department sees and edits the fields relevant to them, but everyone shares the same script breakdown, story-day mapping, and shoot-day calendar.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade in production settings, downgrade through the Customer Portal. Your data is preserved either way. Photo cap re-applies at the moment you downgrade.
Do you offer student or school discounts?
Yes — film schools and student productions get free Pro. Email hello@setikit.com from your school address.
What happens if I cancel?
Your production stays on Pro until the end of the billing period, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted. You keep read access to all your data forever.
Is data exported when I leave?
Yes — every production exports to PDF (lineups, budget, continuity binder) and CSV (scenes, characters, items). Photo originals can be downloaded as a zip.
